Do I need to use a specific accounting software?

Yes—right now, I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you’re not set up yet, no worries! I’ll help you get everything up and running smoothly. I will work with Xero in the future. 😊

Is this cash-based or accrual?

This service is for cash-based businesses only. If you don’t track invoices, inventory, or have limited liabilities—you’re in the right place.

Do I get a report each month?

Yes! You’ll get a clean Profit & Loss report showing exactly where your money’s going.

Do you handle payroll and taxes?

Not at this time. I specialize in monthly bookkeeping and cash flow support for cash-based solopreneurs. That means I’ll keep your books clean, organized, and ready for tax season—but I don’t file taxes or run payroll. If you need a great CPA or payroll provider, I’m happy to refer you to someone I trust!
