Do I need to use a specific accounting software?
Yes! I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
If you’re not using any software yet—no stress! I’ll help you choose the best fit and get everything up and running with ease.😊
Do I get a report each month?
Yes! You’ll get a clean Profit & Loss report and a Monthly Money Scorecard showing exactly where your money’s going and your net profit percentage.
What do I need to provide you with?
We'll need access to business checking, savings and credit card accounts. Basically any platform where you have money flowing through.
Most business accounts have a 'view-only' user account you can set up and we can figure that step out together if you need help so we keep your data secure.
Setting up "view-only" access allows us to service your account independently and removes the need for you to have to upload statements, check and deposit images, or reports each month.
What would increase the base price for monthly bookkeeping?
